Initial symptom of CDV includes heating up to 40℃, sneezing, coughing and thick mucus coming from the eyes and nose. Fever, lethargy, sudden vomiting and diarrhoea, depression and/or loss of appetite are also symptoms of the virus. (incubation period: 1~8 days)

Step 1: Sample acquisition
For CDV, collect the eye secretions, nasal fluid, saliva, urine with cotton swab;
For CPV, collect dog droppings.
Step 2: Dilute the sample
Put the sample into the Diluent and stir it to subside.
Step 3: Draw with a straw
Suck the upper clear liquid with straw.
Step 4: Drop into S hole
Drop the liquid into S hole of test strip, wait 5~10 minutes.
Step 5: Result judgement
C line and T line means that was positive, the dog was infected.
Shows C line, T line only a shallow red that means weakly positive, may be sick or will not.
Only shows C line, indicating the dog was not infected.
Without C line and T line, indicating the testing is not valid.
Only shows T line, indicating the testing is not valid.
